I was looking for a rug alternative as my needs required customized dimensions. They walked through options and listened to my wants. They were friendly, patient, an extremely helpful. We decided on a carpet remnant, cut to my size, with bound edging. The results were amazing! The staff and owner are all very welcoming. The whole experience was positive, start to finish. If I have any future flooring needs, they will be my one and only choice in Bloomington.

I recently had an entryway, two rooms and a hallway carpeted. The install crew were very meticulous and performed excellent work. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and price as well. Highly recommend them.

From the first day that I just went in to browse carpet and get educated on the process (it’s been 24 years since I had last had a need to purchase any new carpet) to the installation day, everything was so smooth. Jeremy was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. The estimator was friendly and professional when he came out to measure for a quote. The installer team arrived at the beginning of the time window I was given, completed their job swiftly, cleaned up and were gone in the amount of time that it would have taken me to just think about pulling up the old carpet. This company definitely left a great impression on me and when I am ready to do the next room, I will most certainly be reaching out to them again.

Our salesperson Lisa was very helpful and scheduled us promptly, our installer Jason was very professional and did an excellent job while also exploring different approaches we could take. Nothing but great experiences so far. Ordered carpet and plan to order future needs. Communication and staff was quite helpful and informative. They assisted in the best Kay for carpet with our floor plans. They offer measuring and installation services. They offer nearly everything you need for floors, carpet, laminate, tile, wood, etc.

We went with Bounds for new flooring in a recently purchased home. From our first visit, Dene and the Bounds staff were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. Dene went out of his way to help us get the product we desired, within our budget, while meeting our schedule for installation prior to moving in. We highly recommend Bounds and will be working with them for future flooring needs.

Lisa was great, she makes you feel like the store is only for you and she made a great personal conection with me and my grandma so i can’t recommend enough and it is very inexpensive yet high quality. I will buy from this place when i need flooring.

Lisa was very helpful in selecting new flooring. She discussed the pros and cons of different options, helped find good options in our desired colors, and gave us a price that was very competitive. Bounds Flooring was a bit farther for us to drive but the experience was very much worth it.

I delivered the load here , I was running late after 5:30pm when they close and they waited on me to get there. Real nice people

So nice! I brought in a tiny bit of carpet and they were instantly able to identify it and get me some more. Plus they’re local! Would definitely get carpet from them!!!

Yes! Bounds and McPike is head and shoulders above the competition. My wife and I received excellent service from the minute we walked in, and though we’re not exactly wealthy, we were treated like VIPs! Rick was especially helpful, and a real joy to work with. I’d recommend him to anyone. Awesome business. Just AWESOME!
